@airwhale I asked myself the same question when I replaced Gmail with StartMail a little over a year ago & this is my logic: To Google, data is what Oil is to Chevron - do I believe that Chevron would voluntarily step back from even a single ounce of crude for any reason...? (I have not deleted everything from Google's servers, though at some point I probably will)
