I have a dull practical boring thing to do today.
-
Or that time I saw a log relaxing at home?
I know it's rude to brag, but today I completed a dull practical boring task that would normally take about two and a half hours in just under six hours.

@CiaraNi I'm so going to ruin your pride by doing the same thing, tomorrow.

Procrastination skills like that can't be taught. Takes years of training, that does. Learning the art of foostering about, not doing the thing.

Celebratory cake has been unlocked!
(Although... You'll have to procrastinate your way through buying or making it yourself

@CiaraNi Procrastishooting...I haven't heard that hashtag yet. The resting log is next level.

@CiaraNi Ah, come on, a little more non-effort and you could have sidelined it for the whole weekend.
-
@CiaraNi I'm so going to ruin your pride by doing the same thing, tomorrow.
@wolf We could make it a competition. The Procrastination Olympics. The winner is the loser, because they achieved something.

@CiaraNi I was going to try to write a witty reply but perhaps it is best to do that tomorrow.
Or maybe Sunday.
Or...

@BashStKid This was just the warm-up. I have a whole other thing, that has a deadline and everything, to procrastinate at on Sunday.

Or...
@the_wub Maybe start writing it tomorrow, post the first half, then fooster off to do something else, then post the rest on Sunday. The suspense in the interim will do the rest of us good. Slow social media.

@CiaraNi Stick!
@rvedotrc Stick! I've heard it so many times already today that I know the words by heart.
-
@CiaraNi Tell me if you need help with procrastinating!
Long live Saint Procrastina!
@NatureMC Saint Procastina. Sounds like one of the cool saints. One of the women who would've fooled them all into letting her be Pope, except that she lost interest half-way through.

@CiaraNi Good thing about jobs like that is that you finally get your toenails clipped, your 7 varieties of flat-bread lined up nicely, and a couple of toots sent, all in a single day !

@CiaraNi I thought it was waiting for the bus

@CiaraNi "The suspense in the interim will do the rest of us good. "
Ah! A Hitchcock fan.

@CiaraNi I’m sure the dishwasher must need unloading.
@baoigheallain It was only half loaded, so I could half unload it, I suppose. That would remain within the official parameters of procrastination, I would think.

@CiaraNi Challenge accepted. On your marks! Ready, set,

@CiaraNi I think it's called Zen or something, and it's a very desirable skill.
