On my flight with Qatar Airways, I was not able to access my mastodon.social account and I am wondering why.I was able to access hachyderm.io without any issues (this account).
Based on the commercials the airline is showing, the Internet is provided via Starlink.I am curious what is going on there.

It sounds like mastodon.social has incorrectly ended up on some blocklist somewhere. This occasionally happens, I've no idea which lilst that would be or why.
If it was a home internet I'd suggest asking the provider about it so they could take it off the blocklist.

(Interesting point about Starlink, I know Musk banned mentions of Mastodon from Twitter/X at one point.)
