Do we have any camera nerds out there? I've got two Nikon 1s (don't snigger, I love them) and they're both unusable at the moment - one has an unpleasantly terminal dark red screen when fired up, the other one objected to me inserting the wireless adapter the other day for the first time in several years and is now insisting that the clock has been reset, but won't let me actually reset it.
I haven't got either the money or the desire to replace them (I've got several of the nicer lenses that go with them, for a start), so I'd really like to find some way to repair them, if possible.
Any suggestions? I'm in Sweden, if that makes any difference.

@janeishly They seem to be available for around 1.000 SEK in good condition. Might be your best bet?

@janeishly usually when i've got a device that constantly resets the clock after a restart, it's because the internal (clock/bios) battery is dead, or won't take a charge from the main battery.
i came across this post - it applies to the Nikon 1 V1 - not sure which version you have however:
