The good news is, while it isn't easy, it's actually extremely simple. All of these problems - and I do mean all of them - are rooted in one structural problem: Monopolies.
The Right

@markhurst BTW yes, this is a #capitalism problem, but monopolies are literally the structural manifestation of capitalism.
- and beware of conflating capitalism with commerce; capitalism is only about the right for money to keep accumulating until it's all in one single pile. It doesn't even need capitalists - the pile will end up owning itself.
Basically commerce is about exchanging money for value, while capitalism is about replacing value with money & then accumulating it.
