I do just love the lack of self-awareness in this sentence, this conference talk is the exact answer to the opposite question. Plenty of people actively stay away from software that's "AI-native", so AI is clearly not the answer to making a desktop people would actively choose. -

to „love me back“ - the thing i love (haha) about computers is that they can be (totally in theory, sometimes it happens actually in practice) deterministic without emotional baggage and all the complications it usually brings…actually my love here is totally NOT unconditional but hard bound to the thing to work and not annoy or surprise me

I don't remember Claude Design & I don't want to. It sounds horrible & I never want to be exposed to it. I already feel molested enough each time my bank makes its app's UI worse.

@davidgerard Seems rather normal for this kinda project.
It's a huge beast of project trying to compete with Windows and MacOS UI's that are long knee deep in this stuff.
Thankfully there's not a shortage of desktop toys to choose from.
