7 km Easy run done and dusted.
Had trouble getting off the couch, so did the old "at least chance to the running clothes* and that seemed to do the trick.
It did feel relatively easy and I did a progressive run with the middle km in the highest pace and then backing off again.
It felt good.Wearing my new Saucony Triumph 23 which came in an off-white colour, so the first km or so I really spent time to avoid the puddles (it's been raining today).

Hvorfor laver de også hvide løbesko? Mine Hoka'er er også off-white, men bliver stille og roligt mere og mere plettede, selv om jeg forsøger at passe på dem

Det ser sikkert godt ud i annoncerne?De andre Saucony jeg har er sorte, og så et par blålige også faktisk.
Men dem jeg har er også ret nye, kun 20 km i dem indtil videre
