This video explicitly makes the same comparison that I've been using - the ability to send end-to-end encrypted messages is the digital equivalent of putting a letter in an envelope.
Would somebody like to confront the politicians in favor of #ChatControl with this & ask them if they also plan to impinge on the privacy of envelopes? Maybe have the mail service open & scan letters before delivering them? Can they see that this would nok be OK?
