      @michelestrider i have a feeling, albeit empirical, that it is things going to hell that bring billionaires, like culture-eating moths to the fires of societal failure.

        @michelestrider Intrinsically true. But I'd track back further still: hell goes active the second we believe that fake kindness deserves our financial support.
        Denominations simply become arbitrary after that.
