Vivaldi seems OK, unless I missed something. They always hated cryptos and AI, for example. They are not open source, though.

Feature wise, I think it is the most complete I know; the only thing I am missing now is container tabs. It uses the same engine as Chrome, after all.
The company is a norwegian-icelandic, employee owned, depending on donations.
