Mastodon's server software has just been updated, it is now on all servers that have updated to the latest version 4.4.0.
The biggest change is the revamping of the mobile website interface, it now uses screen space much more effectively and has a main menu identical to the desktop site (click ☰ to see it).

p.s. If you're using the desktop or mobile website and can't find an option any more, try clicking "⋯ More" on the right of the screen. A lot of options have been moved there in the new update.
p.p.s. The next update (4.5) sounds very exciting. It will apparently introduce creation of quote toots and also remote fetching of complete conversations (so that everyone can see all the posts in a conversation no matter what server they're using). This is due at the end of the year apparently.
