@Em0nM4stodon Wow. I have been off most other platforms since September, so I had no idea this was happening. This makes me want to delete my Bluesky account, I might as well, I think I have posted once in the last 4-5 months. No use for it anymore.

Well, there you go.Only just made a Bluesky account, thinking it would help me promote my books a little farther.
Felt kinda uncomfortable with it, to be honest, but saw it as an obligation.But nope. You gave me the perfect excuse to get and stay off.
Me and my 9 measly followers won't make that big of a difference, but I'm gone.Readers on the Fedi are better, anyway
@amPennyfeather if it makes you feel any better, I had 1100 followers on Bluesky but I was rarely posting there because of their weird algorithms. I’d get 1-2 interactions at best, it felt like skeeting into the void. The Fediverse is so much better and more human. I’ve built so many amazing friendships on here

Yeah, you know, funny timing… I was considering holding my nose and creating an account there just to have a presence so once in a while I could announce when I had new photos available for sale, even if it was just to direct people to mastodon or my website, but nah, fuck that.
