You can make sure you never miss their posts by activating post notifications:
1. Log into your server's website
2. Go to the profile page of the account you want to be notified about
3. Click the

If they're posting too often, you might want to move them over to a "List" using Mastodon's Lists feature, more info at https://fedi.tips/how-to-use-the-lists-feature-on-mastodon/
If they're boosting other people's posts too much, you can mute just their boosts, more info at https://fedi.tips/blocking-and-muting-on-the-fediverse/#JustBoosts
