I started trying to enunciate the mental & emotional anguish, frustration & anger I experienced replacing this thing & I simply gave up. It's a miracle that I came away uninjured. This is the worst designed product in the known universe since the last time I had to replace a similar part.
I submit that future archeologists will be able to plot the downfall of civilization by the deterioration of the quality of electrical spare parts.
