The daughter of an American veteran, they revoked her status because she wrote $1200 in bad cheques twenty years ago. Which she paid back.

When she finally got out of the camps, she worked with the US government as a whistleblower to prosecute detention centre employees who were sterilizing immigrants without consent.

Who were performing unnecessary hysterectomies and tubal ligations.

She used her real name. She stood up for injustice. She tried to protect others.

Now ICE has taken her again, and the media have been largely silent.

The MAGA crowds are cheering because they have no compassion.

No one should be treated this way.

I’m going to keep saying her name until she gets the attention she deserves. She needs to be released.

Ever notice how those who support abortion bans, forced birth and surveillance of pregnant woman are almost always men?

And they almost never fight for support for babies and young children.

For universal healthcare or basic income. For an end to poverty and homelessness. For the right to an education, child care or literally anything critical to a healthy and happy childhood.

They don’t care about life, babies or children. It’s all about control.

The Trump regime continues to double down on their eugenicist choices, nominating Casey Means, a wellness influencer, for surgeon general.

I’ve said for a long time that “wellness” is eugenics adjacent.

While there’s nothing wrong with a healthy lifestyle, no amount of green juice, yoga, meditation or sunlight can cure disabilities.

What’s worse, wellness “influencers” almost always blame the chronically ill for not trying hard enough.

Between Means, Prasad, RFK Jr and Dr Oz, things look bleak for those with disabilities (but great for anyone hawking supplements!)
