Now that my Phrozen Arco is complete and fully functional, I can finally do multicolour prints easily. -
Got started with one of the things I want to do this year and did my first #CouchTo5K run/walk.@therealahall @jamie Slow, gentle and methodical stretching is very underrated tbh. Easiest way to imagine it is think of your muscles as being like blue tack. That same elasticity idea of pulling it too quick will snap/tear it, but warming it up, moulding/stretching gently and it’ll stretch out nicely.

As a rule of thumb I set aside at best 30 mins (at worst, 15 mins) of time for stretching afterwards- really cuts down on soreness, less chances of injury and speeds up recovery

Well done, and I’m giving motivation for future runs
