Denmark exports parts for F-35 fighters used to kill civilians in Gaza, Lebanon, Iran etc. The Danish supreme court has denied attempts from Amnesty International and other NGOs to bring this to trial. The reason is a vague, undefined clause requiring the NGOs to have “special interest” in the case. Read between the lines: the Danish government don’t want to hurt export.
