If you sent a platoon out to destroy a strategic bridge and they come back having completed their mission, you don't complain that the enemy is just going to cross the river somewhere else. You congratulate them, and put your heads together on how to win the next skirmish.

Not sure, if this is a coordinated response, but given the success of this false equivalence disinformation tactic during the 2024 election cycle we should be alert for it, and nip this nonsense in the bud.
