@randahl @scottjenson FWIW something very much like this is part of the default @phanpy interface, at least in the main feed - there's a marker to show that a post is part of a thread & each post in a thread, if displayed individually somewhere in the feed (e.g. being boosted) has a number (though the total number of posts in the tread isn't displayed, probably because the interface doesn't "know" if the thread is finished). I use nothing but Phanpy on both desktop & mobile, it rules

@randahl it sucks, Trump only cares about real estate, exhausting our weapons supply while China laughs, building a better mouse trap with US AI. We'll need it to defend our own borders soon enough. That is, if our military isn't used to quell the mob, angry over his authoritarian take on elections. We had the same in France with far right politician Eric Zemmour saying that most of inmates are muslim and african, so every islam and people with african origin are a security problem. You can flip the false argument against him. Every person involved in political and financial corruption is wearing a suit and a tie. So anyone dressed like that is a thief and a danger to democracy.
