@HistoPol Not (many) naval ships apparently, mostly merchant marine. Areal drones, no Navy. With video battle damage assessment. I once claimed drones were only slow cruise missiles, but the asymmetrical nature of FPVs, my goodness this is the end of litoral navies and means that no nation can protect their rivers and coastal waters if they are fighting a neighbor. We see this in the #Iranwar and #persiangulf too.

I know military #history is not a big thing over here on #mastodon, but in case you were wondering, #ukraine just put one up there with Battle of Salamis, Battle of the Downs, Battle of Diu, Pearl Harbor, Leyte Gulf. Historic.

And they did it to #Russia without a Navy! 77+ ships disabled in what they may call the Battle of Azov.

The Battle of the Atlantic was over 4000 ships lost, but that was over 5 years.
