Good, but unnecessarily waffling. E.g. in Denmark surveillance cameras can only point at public areas by special permission & must be legally registered & that's when there's explicit reason for them - perv glasses are purely recreational & shouldn't be allowed for unregistered ubiquitous surveillance in public spaces by random people or companies.
That means you can't run around permanently recording with your phone either.
Regulate principles, not technologies.
