@davidgerard in any case, now that mods, sysadmins(?), and other participants *have* been made aware, the outcome is... the Nazi is still in the bar. Which shows exactly what would have happened had the suggested action (private notification) been taken.

While I don't know that KDE has directly violated your rules at this point in time, they have demonstrated that they don't really represent what your server stands for anymore and are exhibiting a lot of disturbing and dishonest behaviors.
