Sorry for my delay in replying!
You can use lots of different apps on Android. Some good ones include Tusky, Fedilab and Moshidon.
You can also use the official app (simply called "Mastodon") or you can use your server's website.
By the way, most people who try the third party non-official apps prefer them to the official one. Mastodon was originally designed for third party apps, the official app only came later.
