I really like Friendica and there's a section about it on Fedi.Tips, I'm just waiting for them to implement the moderation system: https://github.com/friendica/friendica/issues/8724

I think the list is just very masto-centric. I think I saw two other softwares (one misskey and one GoTo.social).
You could argue same for write.freely for example, for diaspora* or Hubzilla (if AP is no requirement) and I am not sure about lemmy all the other software which is not microblogging (maybe I'll check some…)
