It should work with any site or platform that links back to your Mastodon account using the "rel=me" standard. In theory this was supposed to be everywhere, but Facebook, Google etc refused to play ball so for the moment it's just on sites that adhere to the standard like Mastodon etc.

I had a look round Pixelfed's Github and you've done everything correctly, I'm not sure why it isn't working on your profile https://github.com/pixelfed/pixelfed/issues/3844

@FediTips thanks for checking that up. Yeah I used this too > https://mastodon-link-debugger.vercel.app/ and seems all good, followed some instructions precisely. Maybe just gotta wait it out..‍️

Maybe try removing it from your Mastodon profile and then re-adding it?

Hey, someone else had problems and removing the link from their profile, saving, then adding the link back and saving again worked. Might be worth a try?
