(plus a snake one because I felt like it)@sheepfilms 5 just seems most efficient and least damaging when it's a bit dried out even if it's one of the least fun options

1 and 8 are my favorites but I don't disagree they are also nightmares. -

(this is an old GIF from the archive, posting it here finally)@sheepfilms baguettes already move. They're parasites, they wait and hitchhike in the hands, arms or bags of unsuspecting humans. Granted, most are later consumed by said humans or their relatives or friends, but if even a tiny piece of it survives, it can reach adult form: a rock like spongy structure. The transition usually takes less than a day.
Unluckily not much is known about their adult life or reproduction habits because people throw them to the birds or away.

Rolling would eventually damage the crust on top, and when rolling up to something there's no guarantee that you end up flat side down, leaving it potentially unbalanced. 6 solves all those issues.
