(plus a snake one because I felt like it)@sheepfilms 1. Any fast movements are going to damage the crust. I think 1 is probably the easiest type of motion to execute extremely slowly. It probably moves about 1cm a week.

(plus a snake one because I felt like it)@sheepfilms A good baguette should have a crispy crust, so I was going to answer 3 on that basis, but I think 6 looks much steadier. I can see the baguette sneaking up on a charcuterie board and giving the soft cheese a big smooch.

(this is an old GIF from the archive, posting it here finally)@sheepfilms I love that you realized that you erred I quickly self-corrected: indeed it is not in the essence of baguettes to bend. My personal preference is 7 but 6 is a close second.
