    @FediTips I think a friend of mine tried that and for whatever reason, boosts were still showing for them when using the Tweesecake client, might have also been TWBlue, I can't remember lol.

      @FediTips I think a friend of mine tried that and for whatever reason, boosts were still showing for them when using the Tweesecake client, might have also been TWBlue, I can't remember lol.

      Ah sorry to hear that! It sounds like the Tweesecake or TWBlue developers need to fix a bug?

      It should be hiding them.

              There's no separate option for that, but if you've seen the same boost (from anyone) within the last 40 posts it won't be shown.

              By the way, the self-boosting is usually done for reaching people in different time zones but this usually means it's done many hours apart.

                    At least it does on the latest version of the official iPhone app? (It's also on third party apps)
