I like to snuggle my tiny car right up next to them when they do this. I can fit in so I'm not extended into the 2nd space - and they're going to have to climb in through their passenger side to get into their vehicle.
It's petty, and I'm ok with that. -

Like, I guess you could sue them, but it's not exactly an easy process and probably not worth it...
