@cwebber We're just going to end up with a separate, air-gapped agent internet lmfao

Just put all your customer relationship information in there, run your business out of it, what could possibly go wrong

Yes yes a VibeMBA is not very distinguishable from an MBA. It's just faster and with even more bad decisions. Higher velocity, thanks to AI

@cwebber I thought you do an MBA to meet people you want to know. So a Vibe MBA would possibly be to meet people you don't want to know! Maybe even people who don't exist.

@cwebber They're in too deep, they're all AI investors who are scared that you're going to scare the other AI investors.

Its all FUD! Have fun being poor! This totally doesn't sound like crypto-hype from the last cycle! To the moon!

@cwebber Actually, the more I think about it, this may be the logical conclusion to linkdin; Just people's unrestricted shadow agents vomiting corporate jargon at each other and randomly trading job titles with each other

                    @brad @cwebber

In the end, we created a secure messaging platform for the movement, hidden in plain sight.

Corporate social media had long been slopped to the point of uselessness, nobody asked why you posted anything, because nobody was there to ask.
They liked and boosted and reshared the posts nonetheless.

We didn't need strong cryptography, or even custom software.
We just wrote what we thought and felt, but replaced "billionaires" with "competitors", "blow up" with "buyout", "revolution" with "investment" and so on.

                    They never saw it coming.

@dvshkn @cwebber Its definitely more "real" than crypto, but I'd argue much less "real" than cloud computing.

Everyone always knew cloud infrastructure was worth something, it was the future of colocation and leasing servers. What no one was sure of was the adoption rate, or how much would be kept on-prem for various reasons.

AI is... well, it does SOMETHING, but what is it worth? When will it get good at what? For how many things is the answer "never?"

@vv Yeah that's true. The unfortunate thing is the "blast radius" of powerful using these tools. And with war, unfortunately, that can be quite literal 😞

@unlofl @cwebber Not to get too into it, but there was a lot of promising that the cloud would automatically scale any application (lol). I found that pretty similar to the AI hype of all jobs are going away.

But this new wave of hype (and the spam, ugh) is very crypto-like, I'll admit.

@dvshkn @cwebber oh dang, missed that hype. I currently work balls-deep in piles of containers, but there is definitely no way in hell random existing applications were going to scale like that stateless stuff.
