There are no pure capitalist ones either. They are all blends. Intelligent participation adjusts the blend for the better. The only way to build a government that is 'for the people' is to start at the bottom & ask the people. Build from the bottom up not the top down. Figure out what to call it after it's done. I lean toward a Democracy however the people define it.
