This has always irked me but - like so many things tech - it seems to be getting worse: Touch screens visually reacting to the touch but *not* doing the thing.

Oh, great, another Outlook stupidity unveiled: If you do a search, you can't edit the search criteria - if you want to narrow or expand your search you have to cancel it entirely & start a new one from scratch.

Allow me to translate: Starbucks want their business to be better run, but they don't want to pay for it & also want to look clever so they're grasping for easy fixes, like stacking AI on top of "outdated systems" instead of bringing them up to date.
