@maxleibman if it's like anything I've seen, companies choose a POC project that's well suited to an AI test - maybe looking at a non-critical legacy codebase. Set the deliverables in a well structured way, assign senior engineers and put a bunch of specialist support around the project (which doesn't get counted in the productivity equation).Then voilà - max gains! Not repeatable of course but execs get an AI announcement and an AI company gets to claim 10x productivity
