@jwcph German here What stumps me most is that a lot of legal safeguards against resurgent Nazis were put into the constitution AND NOBODY WANTS TO USE THEM??!?My main hope is that this will run the same course as most other formerly communist countries in eastern Europe, which all mostly had a right-wing period before coming to their senses. But of course, Germany should have known better.
